M3tek Technology recognizes, respects, and supports the principles set forth in major international human rights conventions, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact, the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises, the ILO Tripartite Declaration of Principles, and the RBA Code of Conduct.
We are committed to preventing any form of human rights infringement or violation, complying with local labor laws and regulations, and fulfilling our responsibility to respect, support, and protect human rights.

The Company continuously fosters a safe and healthy workplace by complying with relevant regulations, conducting regular occupational safety and health training, and implementing preventive measures against occupational hazards to reduce the risk of workplace accidents and ensure employee safety.

The Company conducts ongoing compliance advocacy and provides regular training on sexual harassment prevention, protection against unlawful workplace conduct, and occupational safety to strengthen human rights protection awareness.
2. Grievance Mechanisms
The Company provides both internal and external grievance channels. Employees and stakeholders may report any suspected human rights violations through these channels. The Company ensures the confidentiality and safety of complainants and conducts fair investigations to prevent human rights violations.
3. Remedial Measures
For incidents involving human rights violations, the Company activates its remediation mechanism based on the nature of the incident and collaborates with relevant stakeholders when necessary to prevent recurrence.
4. Feedback and Continuous Improvement Mechanisms
Each year, the Company identifies and evaluates key human rights topics, risks, and affected groups. Based on potential risks, we develop control plans, monitor implementation progress, and continuously improve related measures. The results, actions, and performance of human rights management are disclosed regularly on the Company website and in the Sustainability Report.
