The Company upholds the principles of corporate social responsibility and humanitarian care. On October 1, 2025, the Company internally announced and implemented the “Community Volunteer Leave Program”, providing a formalized mechanism for employees to voluntarily participate in post-disaster relief and reconstruction activities in the Hualien, while balancing work responsibilities and personal capacity. Under this program, employees who contribute 8 hours of on-site volunteer service are entitled to apply for 1 day of volunteer leave (valid on weekdays, Monday to Friday), which can be accumulated over time.
The program applies to all Company employees and provides clear, actionable guidelines and leave arrangements to support volunteer participation. As of the end of 2025, no employee has yet applied for leave or participated in on-site activities; however, the Company has completed internal announcements and awareness campaigns to ensure that the mechanism can be promptly activated whenever significant social or post-disaster reconstruction needs arise.
