
The Company upholds the spirit of corporate social responsibility and humanitarian care. To encourage employees to participate in community service and post-disaster reconstruction efforts, the Company established and announced the “Public Welfare Action Leave Mechanism” on October 1, 2025.
Through this institutional mechanism, employees are supported in voluntarily participating in post-disaster relief and reconstruction activities in the Hualien, while balancing their work responsibilities and their personal capabilities and physical conditions.
Measures Implemented
Under this mechanism, employees may apply for one day of public welfare action leave (Monday to Friday working days only) for every 8 hours of on-site volunteer service accumulated, and the hours may be accumulated over time.
This mechanism applies to all employees of the Company and provides clear and practical guidelines for participating in public welfare activities, along with corresponding leave arrangements. The program aims to encourage employees to engage in corporate volunteer services and contribute to social care and community rebuilding.
Implementation Results
As of the end of 2025, the Company has completed the establishment, internal announcement, and promotion of the “Public Welfare Action Leave Mechanism.” The program applies to all employees.
In 2025, the number of employees who participated in public welfare activities was 0, with a total of 0 volunteer service hours recorded and 0 days of public welfare action leave applied for.
In the future, if major social events or post-disaster reconstruction needs arise, the Company will encourage employees to participate in volunteer services under this mechanism to support community recovery and development.
