Occupational safety/health-related measures and education training
To protect the safety and health of employees and implement occupational safety and health management, a "Safety and Health Code of Practice" has been formulated, which is reported to the government for approval. This is observed by all employees to maintain workplace safety. We also arrange for new and current employees to attend safety and health training to enhance employees' awareness of occupational safety and health and to create a zero-hazard workplace.
Regular safety maintenance and disaster prevention drills
We conduct regular safety maintenance and disaster prevention drills and cooperate with the building's management committee to organize fire drills and fire equipment inspections every year. Also, in accordance with regulations, we plan by ourselves or contact training institutes to conduct occupational safety training for at least 6 hours for employees. We have set up an emergency response SOP, to take necessary contingency measures when a situation occurs to ensure the safety of employees and property.
