The 2024 EE Awards Asia ceremony was grandly held on December 5 at the Han Lai Grand Hotel in Taipei, attracting electronics engineering professionals from Taiwan and across Asia. Organized by EE Times and EDN, the awards covered multiple categories, including Corporate Award, Product Award, Technology Platform Award, and Innovation Award. MT8351 5V Input 1A 1.5MHz 350nA ISynchronous Step-Down Converter

The MT8351 is a high-performance buck converter designed specifically for portable, wearable, and IoT devices. It features ultra-low quiescent current (down to 350nA), rapid dynamic response, and stable output voltage regulation, ensuring reliable power delivery even under light-load or low-voltage conditions.

With an adjustable output range from 0.4V to 3.6V, easily set by an external resistor, the MT8351 offers flexible design options. Additionally, it integrates overcurrent and short-circuit protection mechanisms, safeguarding devices for stable and secure operation in various environments.

Housed in a compact DFN2x2mm package, the MT8351 minimizes system footprint, extends device battery life, and reduces maintenance costs. These features make the MT8351 an ideal choice for power management in portable devices, significantly enhancing power efficiency and overall device performance.
